Dynamic Action Plug-In

Guided Tour Pro uses dynamic action affected elements to define the step DOM element. When the dynamic action affected elements are used it can reference a single APEX item, button, region, or use a jQuery Selector returning a singular DOM node. When tour steps are defined in a database table, the plug-in uses the AFFECTED_ELEMENTS column as the jQuery Selector.

When affected elements are not set, a tour step is centered

When the affected elements point to the DOM element, a tour step is displayed in the context of the affected element.

Help in the Application Builder

The plug-in attributes are exposed along with help text built into the application builder for the plug-in application and component attributes.
