Overview

AMS comes with two APEX Plug-ins:

The AMS Dynamic Action Plug-in is the most commonly used plug-in and the best place for new users to start. This plug-in makes it easy for you to allow your users to join rooms and send messages at the click of a button. See the AMS Dynamic Action section for the complete reference.

The AMS Process Plug-in allows you to use the power of AMS in your page processes. This plug-in is helpful for sending messages to rooms or all users. The Process Plug-in is a wrapper for connecting via our REST handlers. See the AMS Process section for more information.
